Playoff Bound: Fog Win Wild Card Monday, September 16th, 2024 Jorge Vargas of the Sunset District Fog said fighting for a playoff spot is an "absolute grind" in USSL Triple A. The grind is now over, as the Fog have captured a wild card berth. "It's a weight off our shoulders and now we can exhale," said the first baseman. "It's hard to describe how much effort and focus goes into this." Team manager Paul McMahon said he believes his club has something to prove and they are looking forward to the postseason. |
