USSL Triple A Picks Top Player Monday, September 2nd, 2024 Jorge Vargas has the tools to stick in this league for many years. The 22-year-old first baseman of the Sunset District Fog had a pretty hot bat in the USSL Triple A over the past seven days and won the Player of the Week honors. Vargas batted .474 with 9 hits in 19 at-bats, 4 home runs and 5 RBIs. Vargas is hitting .320 for the season with 15 home runs, 42 RBIs and 50 runs scored.
