Kiyomizu Selected SAAA Player of the Week Monday, August 5th, 2024 So far in his young career, Shohei Kiyomizu has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USSL Triple A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 21-year-old Phoenix Hotspur Reserves center fielder hit at a torrid .429 clip as he collected 9 hits in 21 at-bats, 2 home runs, 9 RBIs and 4 runs scored. On the year Kiyomizu is hitting .229 with 66 hits, 9 home runs, 42 RBIs, .301 OBP and has scored 40 runs. |
