Week's Best Player Honored by 3AAA Monday, July 1st, 2024 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Triple A, but last week Mario Piņa of the Sioux Falls Red Pandas reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Piņa rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (9-for-18), 1 home run and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. A look at his current stats shows Piņa with a .256 average, 2 home runs, 12 RBIs and 14 runs scored. He has played in 22 games. |
