Playoff Bound: U-21 Win Wild Card Saturday, September 7th, 2024 There's more drama in store for fans of the Athletic Club KC U-21. The team has narrowly won a wild card berth in the season's final days and now will be looking to parlay that into the 3rd PL A Championship championship in team history. "Never in doubt, we knew we'd get in," joked starting pitcher Ash Ibarra as he mockingly wiped sweat from his brow. "Now that we're in, we can relax a bit." But there won't be too much relaxing, as the USPL Single A playoffs are right around the corner. |
