Otero Gets PA #1 Pitcher Trophy Sunday, September 1st, 2024 There was little doubt around the USPL Single A that Jesús Otero would be awarded Pitcher of the Month honors for August. Today, they made it official, naming the 20-year-old Athletic Club KC U-21 starter the latest honoree. He thoroughly dominated the hitters who stood in against him, holding them to a .224 batting average while fashioning a 1.91 ERA in 5 starts. His record for the month was 3-0 in 28.1 innings of work. So far this year Otero has compiled a 6-7 record with a 4.26 ERA. |
