August's Best PA Hitter is Tony García Sunday, September 1st, 2024 Tony García may be much younger than other hitters in the USPL Single A, but he performed like a seasoned veteran in August to win the Batter of the Month award. The 21-year-old Athletic Club KC designated hitter hit .393 with 1 home run, 20 RBIs and 12 runs scored. Currently García is batting .351 with 127 hits and 6 home runs. He has knocked in 49 runs and scored 50 times. |
