3A Player of the Week Named Monday, June 24th, 2024 21-year-old Curt Wilson made a few Highwood headlines during this past week as the rookie second baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and M3L Single A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 9 hits in 16 at-bats to put up a .562 average. Wilson collected 1 home run, 6 RBIs and scored 4 runs. This year Wilson has hit at a .288 clip with 32 hits, 2 home runs, 13 RBIs and 14 runs scored. |
