PAA Outstanding Pitcher Award Goes to Rodríguez Sunday, October 8th, 2023 20-year-old Germán Rodríguez of the Casper Ghosts put together a good year in 2023 for such a young player. Rodríguez was named today as the winner of the USPL Double A Outstanding Pitcher Award. Rodríguez crafted an impressive 11-4 record and a 2.33 ERA. In 143 innings he allowed 116 hits, struck out 114, and walked 56. Ricky Jackson of the Durham Rapiers finished second in voting, while Teddy Jones of the Helena Grizzlies finished third. |
