USPL Double A Names Kelly Best Batter Monday, August 28th, 2023 The top batter in the USPL Double A last week was Mike Kelly, who batted .750 and towered above everybody with a 3-game hitting barrage. During the week Kelly banged out a .750 batting average (6-for-8), 2 home runs, 8 runs batted in and scored 3 runs. Today the Mercer Island center fielder received the PAA Player of the Week Award. This year Kelly has batted at a .358 pace with 39 hits, 2 home runs, 21 RBIs and scored 14 times. |
