Rivera Picked Best 3AA Pitcher Saturday, October 7th, 2023 The San Bernardino clubhouse staff referred to him as "the kid" this season. Next year Ánibal Rivera will have to have a new nickname. He earned it after winning the 2023 M3L Double A Outstanding Pitcher Award. Rivera made 14 starts this year, winning 6 and losing 3. He threw 93.1 innings, fanned 86, allowed 80 hits and 41 walks, while holding opposing teams to a .233 average as he logged an impressive 1.93 ERA. Pedro Rodríguez of the Atlantic City Sonics finished second in voting, while Oswaldo Mobray of the San Bernardino Grasshoppers finished third. |
