Smith Selected PAAA's Top Player Monday, October 9th, 2023 Michael Smith put together a fine season at the plate for Bangor Trident Base, capturing one of baseball's most coveted honors, the USPL Triple A Outstanding Hitter Award. He posted a .342 batting average and a .444 on-base percentage this year while reeling off 64 hits, 11 doubles, no triples, 21 home runs and 60 RBIs. Keith Spear of the Tortolita Drummers finished second in voting, while Bill Dennis of the Athletic Club KC Reserves finished third. |
