Torrid August Gets Jefferson PAAA #1 Batter Trophy Thursday, September 1st, 2022 Jared Jefferson put together a good August to earn the USPL Triple A Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Bloomington officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Longnecks first baseman posted a .500 batting average with 7 home runs, 28 RBIs and 17 runs scored. This season Jefferson has hit at a .393 clip with 42 RBIs, 10 home runs and 30 runs scored. |
