5-Hit Barrage by Rosales Monday, June 19th, 2023 Miguel Rosales put on a hitting clinic today as the Walleye dumped the Dragoons 7-3 at Dragoons War Memorial Stadium. The Walla Walla right fielder sprayed hits all over the ballpark by lashing Louisiana pitching for 5 hits in 5 at-bats in the game. He told BNN reporters after the game that he just hit it where they pitched it. "Too often I try to pull the ball too much. Today I just went with the pitch." Miguel Rosales singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 6th and singled in the 9th. Rosales is hitting .375 this year with 1 home run, 8 RBIs and 11 runs scored. He has 30 hits in 80 at-bats, 1 walk and a .398 on-base percentage. Rosales has played in 26 games. |
