Joysey Learns More about Injury Tuesday, May 23rd, 2023 Arlen Joysey could soon be placed on the disabled list. The South Beach catcher told reporters that he expects to be "out of commission" for 7 months because of a broken bone in the elbow. He hasn't played since 05/22/2023 and, he said, he's "itchin' to get back out there." This season Joysey is swinging the bat at a .313 rate with 21 hits in 67 at-bats. To date he has hit 4 home runs, scored 8 runs and driven in 10. |
