USPL Single A Selects #1 Starter in July Tuesday, August 1st, 2023 Octávio Fernández was firing on all cylinders in the month of July with 4 wins as he steamrolled all USPL Single A opposition on his way to the Pitcher of the Month award. During the month Fernández was 4-0 with a 0.99 ERA. He made 5 starts, tossed 36.1 innings and had 38 strikeouts. Up to now Fernández has recorded a record of 7-3.
