Connetquot Off to the Playoffs Sunday, September 3rd, 2023 The Connetquot Chiefs are headed for the playoffs. The club officially locked down a postseason spot today with their 52-41 record, although it still remains to be seen whether they will officially capture the Silver A. Nonetheless, the players were overjoyed and celebrated excitedly upon learning of their clinch. "This is why you play the game, to get a chance to win a SL A Championship," said starting pitcher Josef Strolz. |
