Wilson Belts Bunch of Base Hits Thursday, June 23rd, 2022 The Sun Prairie Swallows upended the Myrtle Beach Mermen at Swallows Ballpark today in large part to shortstop Bob Wilson, who had a smashing day with the bat -- he racked up 5 hits in 5 at-bats -- and help propel the Swallows to a 8-5 victory. Bob Wilson singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th and hit an RBI single in the 7th. On the season, Wilson is batting .271 with no home runs and 13 RBIs. He has played in 32 games. |
