Capello Holds Mermen Scoreless Monday, August 29th, 2022 It was not a good day at the plate for Mermen hitters. Most of them came up empty against Edgar Capello of the Phoenix Hotspur Youth. He held them to 3 hits and blanked Myrtle Beach 11-0. Capello also chalked up 3 strikeouts and 2 walks in the game at Grenadiers Ballpark. So far this season Capello has a record of 9-5 with 59 strikeouts and 55 walks in 119.1 innings and a 3.92 ERA. |
