Irving's Hunter Collects June Batting Honor Friday, July 1st, 2022 For a rookie just breaking in, Will Hunter certainly put together a successful month. It was good enough to win the SAA Batter of the Month award for June. The 27-year-old third baseman for the Irving Blue Sox hit .393 with 7 home runs, 19 RBIs and 16 runs scored. This season Hunter has hit at a .352 clip with 25 RBIs, 8 home runs and 20 runs scored. |
