SAA Announces Player of the Week Monday, May 23rd, 2022 This week USSL Double A pitching was a feast fit for a king and Mike Peterson really made the most of it -- ripping them royally. The talented Chesapeake hitting machine produced a .407 batting average, 1 home run, 11 hits in 27 at-bats, 11 RBIs and 5 runs. That kind of hitting earned him the SAA Player of the Week honors. So far this season Peterson is hitting .319 with 1 home run, 17 RBIs and 13 runs scored. He has 23 hits in 72 at-bats and a .398 OBP. |
