SAA's Top Player, Zúñiga of Helena Monday, August 30th, 2021 Swinging a hot stick last week, Octávio Zúñiga picked up the USSL Double A Player of the Week Award today. The 24-year-old first baseman for Helena lashed 8 hits in 16 at-bats as he put together a .500 average with 1 home run. Zúñiga also drove in 7 runs, scored 4 times and compiled a .556 OBP. This season Zúñiga is batting .278 with 34 RBIs, 38 runs scored and 8 home runs. |
