Virginia Beach Pitcher Racks Up Outstanding Pitcher Award Tuesday, October 4th, 2022 Virginia Beach's Pat Horton took home the 2022 USSL Double A Outstanding Pitcher Award earlier today after a remarkable season on the mound. With a record of 16-4, Horton was certainly a worthy winner. He made 25 starts and posted 191.1 innings, 167 strikeouts and a 2.87 ERA. Carlos Pérez of the Virginia Beach Deuces finished second in voting, while Pat Hunt of the Irving Blue Sox finished third. |
