The hard-working and hard-playing Mario Cruz was rewarded with the USSL Double A Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Little Caesars Hot N Readys first baseman hit .750 while collecting 3 hits in 4 at-bats, 1 home run and 3 RBIs. Cruz is hitting .282 this season with 11 home runs, 47 RBIs and 36 runs scored. He has 72 hits in 255 at-bats. |
