González Picked 3AA Player of the Week Monday, September 13th, 2021 19-year-old Cristo González made a few Tacoma headlines during this past week as the rookie shortstop proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and M3L Double A officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 6 hits in 10 at-bats to put up a .600 average. González collected no home runs, 0 RBIs and scored 1 run. This season González is batting .249 with 99 hits, 3 home runs, 36 RBIs, .276 OBP and has scored 46 runs. |
