3AA Votes Polar Bears Brito Top Player Monday, August 1st, 2022 Juan Brito burst onto the M3L Double A stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie catcher for Billings garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 21-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .393 (11-for-28) with 2 home runs and 5 RBIs last week. This season Brito is swinging the bat at a .285 rate with 70 hits in 246 at-bats. To date he has hit 5 home runs, scored 26 runs and driven in 33. |
