SAAA Top Pitcher for August Picked Thursday, September 1st, 2022 In August, Víctor García tore through the USSL Triple A like a seasoned veteran -- quite impressive for a player only 21 years old. The young Ellenburg starter posted a 3-1 mark and an ERA of 2.63 to earn the Pitcher of the Month award. In 41 innings he collected 39 strikeouts while limiting the opposition to a .258 average. To date this season García is 9-4 with 21 starts and an ERA of 3.33 with 118 strikeouts in 140.2 innings. |
