Player of the Week: Davis of the Fighting Dachsunds Monday, July 25th, 2022 Sherman Davis did nothing to hurt his value as an upcoming free agent last week, making contact with the ball at every opportunity and reeling in the USSL Triple A Player of the Week Award. The first baseman hit .389 for the Fighting Dachsunds, recording 7 hits in 18 at-bats, 3 home runs, 13 RBIs and 3 runs scored. Presently Davis is batting .352 and has collected 5 home runs, 29 RBIs, .389 OBP and scored 21 runs. |
