Arteaga Named PAAA's #1 Hurler Friday, October 7th, 2022 22-year-old Alejandro Arteaga of the Bakersfield Nobles put together a good year in 2022 for such a young player. Arteaga was named today as the winner of the USPL Triple A Outstanding Pitcher Award. Arteaga crafted an impressive 11-3 record and a 2.43 ERA. In 129.2 innings he allowed 102 hits, struck out 74, and walked 30. Tomiji Saikawa of the Bakersfield Nobles finished second in voting, while Addie Samson of the Bakersfield Nobles finished third. |
