Alaniz Gets a Shock, Will Miss Time Sunday, October 30th, 2022 Divided starting pitcher José Alaniz received medical attention yesterday after suffering minor burns at his home. Alaniz was apparently attempting to fix an appliance when he received an electrical shock that burned his left hand. According to teammate Félix Pérez, who spoke to Alaniz shortly after the accident, the injury will likely keep Alaniz out of action for the next few days, but there is no reason to believe he will suffer any long-term side effects. |
