Ballina on the Attack, Player of the Week Monday, July 4th, 2022 Chicago Tula center fielder Arturo Ballina had a great time at the plate last week, running up some sensational numbers that no one else could match. Few people were surprised today when the USSL Single A named him Player of the Week. Ballina banged out 5 hits in 6 at-bats on the way to a .833 batting average. He also racked up 1 home run, 1 RBIs and 2 runs scored. So far this season Ballina has gotten 30 hits in 139 at-bats for a .216 batting average with 6 home runs. His stats include 12 RBIs and 18 runs scored. He has played in 40 games. |
