SA Announces Player of the Week Monday, August 29th, 2022 Francisco Valentín went on a hitting spree last week against USSL Single A pitchers and today copped the Player of the Week Award. The Louisiana Dragoons left fielder peppered the opposition with 7 hits in 13 at-bats, no home runs, 3 RBIs and 1 run scored. In the last 4 games he hit .538 with an on-base percentage of .571. This year Valentín is hitting .261 with no home runs and 27 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .304 clip and scored 41 runs. |
