Miners Are Champs of Premier AA Friday, September 3rd, 2021 Those who doubted them are eating crow and those who believed in them are reminding everyone of their faith. The Marquette Miners have captured the crown as Premier AA champions. "It's nice to wrap this up a little bit early so we don't have to sweat it out down the stretch," said starting pitcher Brad Cunnick. "A lot of people didn't know how we would make out this year, so it's nice to show people what our team is all about." The club currently has a 64-30 record which is good for their 1st division title. The team will be vying for its 1st PL AA Championship. |
