Field of San Bernardino Player of the Week Monday, August 2nd, 2021 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USSL Double A, but last week Mark Field of the San Bernardino Grasshoppers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Field rocked opposing pitching for a .500 average (13-for-26), 1 home run and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Field is hitting .277 with 59 hits, 2 home runs, 18 RBIs and has scored 19 runs. |
