Sun Caps Oscar Lewis Wins SAAA Award Monday, July 5th, 2021 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the USSL Triple A, but last week Oscar Lewis of the Jersey City Sun Caps reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Lewis rocked opposing pitching for a .524 average (11-for-21), no home runs and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. Batting .239 to date, Lewis has 2 home runs and 23 RBIs. |
