Ward SAAA's Top Player for 2021 Thursday, October 7th, 2021 Eric Ward of the Tremont Doubledays had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Outstanding Hitter Award for 2021. The 21-year-old first baseman put up a .334 average and a .415 on-base percentage, piling up 123 hits, 22 doubles, no triples, 19 home runs, 67 RBIs and 69 runs scored. David Gómez of the Port Royal Disaster finished second in voting, while Lonnie Conrad of the Tortolita Drummers finished third. |
