Costa Struts Stuff in Santa Barbara Win Saturday, July 24th, 2021 Cipriano Costa pitched a strong game in blanking the Santa Barbara Golden Cranes 3-0, allowed no runs on 1 hit, totaled 7 strikeouts and gave up 2 walks. The Port Royal manager said he could tell right away it was going to be a good game for Costa. "Right from the start, you could see how economical he was," he said. "He threw a lot of strikes." This year Costa has compiled a 8-6 mark with a 4.09 ERA. |
