PAAA Awards Best Batter Prize to Núñes Monday, July 26th, 2021 So far in his young career, Martín Núñes has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the USPL Triple A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Salt Lake City Buzz right fielder hit at a torrid .556 clip as he collected 10 hits in 18 at-bats, no home runs, 4 RBIs and 7 runs scored. A look at his season totals shows Núñes with 4 home runs, .286 BA, .339 OBP, 24 RBIs and 32 runs scored. |
