Star of the Week Named in 3AAA Monday, July 5th, 2021 So far in his young career, Tomás Guillén has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the M3L Triple A in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old Augusta Timber Hawks third baseman hit at a torrid .667 clip as he collected 10 hits in 15 at-bats, 1 home run, 3 RBIs and 6 runs scored. Guillén is currently hitting at a .311 pace with 1 home run, 19 RBIs and has scored 24 times. |
