Camp Learns More about Injury Wednesday, June 9th, 2021 Steve Camp will have to wait a while longer. The Alaskan second baseman was informed this afternoon that he will miss another 6-7 months with a fractured skull. The injury has kept him off the field since 06/08/2021. Though Camp had hoped to return soon, he has no choice but to be patient. "Gotta stay focused," he said. "Gotta stay positive." So far this season Camp is batting .226 with no home runs, 7 RBIs and 17 runs scored. He has 26 hits in 115 at-bats, 18 walks and a .328 OBP. Camp has played in 31 games. |
