No Playoff Berth Coming for Augusta Friday, September 17th, 2021 Heartbreaking. Agonizing. Devastating. They were all words being used by the Augusta Timber Hawks after today being mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. "It stings to come this close but come up short," said manager Mark Everhart. Augusta hasn't yet made it to the postseason. The team has now missed qualifying for the postseason in each of their 6 seasons in the 3AAA. |
