Russell Receives Injury Update Friday, September 3rd, 2021 Mike Russell could soon be placed on the disabled list. The Sioux Falls reliever told reporters that he expects to be "out of commission" for 4-5 months because of a bone spur in his elbow. He hasn't played since 09/01/2021 and, he said, he's "itchin' to get back out there." On the year, Russell has recorded no saves with a 1-0 record over 23.1 innings. He has mowed down 12 batters on strikes and walked 7 with an ERA of 2.31. |
