Holland Pitches York to Shutout Victory Sunday, August 8th, 2021 York was pleased to see so many goose eggs up on the scoreboard today as Glen Holland blanked Chicago 4-0. He stopped them on 6 hits with 4 walks and 10 strikeouts. His skipper said, "Once he gets in a groove, he can be dynamite. He was on top of his game in this one." Thus far this season, Holland has tossed 109 innings in 14 starts, fanned 121 batters, walked 29 and put up a 2.31 ERA with 5 wins and 6 losses. |
