Pérez Shuts out Bulls Sunday, July 4th, 2021 In an outstanding mound performance, Manny Pérez of the Columbia River Rats scuttled the Belleville Bulls 2-0 on a 3-hit shutout, ringing up 13 strikeouts and giving up no walks. "He's got great stuff and good movement," the Belleville manager said after the game. "He threw a lot of breaking balls. He made adjustments. We just couldn't figure him out today." In 11 starts this season Pérez has registered a 4-7 record and a 2.20 ERA. |
