M3L Single A Names Castro Best Batter Monday, July 19th, 2021 It was an exceptional week for Júlio Castro of the Grand Forks Caterpillars. First he beat the devil out of the ball, hitting .474 and as you would expect, he was voted the Player of the Week in the M3L Single A. Last week Castro went 9-for-19, notched 2 home runs and 3 RBIs and scored 4 runs. All in all, a very good week for him. For the year Castro is batting .201 with 43 hits and 3 home runs. He has scored 12 times and driven in 13. |
