Júlio Expected to Miss 8 Months Thursday, September 23rd, 2021 Juan Júlio could soon be placed on the disabled list. The Chicago reliever told reporters that he expects to be "out of commission" for 8 months because of bone chips in his elbow. He hasn't played since 09/20/2021 and, he said, he's "itchin' to get back out there." This year Júlio has 3 saves, totaled 87.2 innings, allowed 66 base hits and fashioned a 2.16 ERA while racking up 95 strikeouts and a record of 4 wins and 4 losses. |
