USPL Double A Winner is Douglas Monday, July 20th, 2020 Thatcher Douglas burst onto the USPL Double A stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie center fielder for Athletic Club KC Academy garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 20-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .480 (12-for-25) with 1 home run and 8 RBIs last week. Currently Douglas is hitting .321 and has collected 5 home runs, 29 RBIs and scored 34 times, while playing in 61 games. |
