Blue Sox Brown August's #1 Pitcher Tuesday, September 1st, 2020 Over the past month Pat Brown has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the USPL Double A. He proved all that and now he's been named August's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Irving Blue Sox posted 4-1 mark and a 2.37 ERA. In 6 starts he tossed 38 innings, permitted 31 hits and fanned 29 batters. To this point in the season, Brown shows a 9-5 record, 21 starts, 125.2 innings, 106 strikeouts and a 3.65 ERA. |
