Sánchez Grabs 3AA Outstanding Pitcher Award Friday, October 2nd, 2020 The Atlantic City clubhouse staff referred to him as "the kid" this season. Next year Carlos Sánchez will have to have a new nickname. He earned it after winning the 2020 M3L Double A Outstanding Pitcher Award. Sánchez made 25 starts this year, winning 10 and losing 3. He threw 182 innings, fanned 167, allowed 158 hits and 57 walks, while holding opposing teams to a .232 average as he logged an impressive 2.08 ERA. Mark Tucker of the Yakima Hops finished second in voting, while Larry Neal of the Ft. Polk South Thunder Hawks finished third. |
