Salem Narrowly Wins Menard's AA Wednesday, September 16th, 2020 The Menard's AA crown was certainly in question throughout the season, but the Salem Misfits have now finally claimed it. With a record of Menard's AA, the club has won its 3rd division title. "It's special," starting pitcher Javier Roldán said when asked to sum up his feelings. "It's easy to take for granted what it's like to be on a winning team, but everyone who has ever been on a loser knows how sweet this is." Team manager Henry Henderson said the focus for his club will now shift towards getting ready for the playoffs, where the team will be trying to win the 3rd championship in franchise history. |
